Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We can offer an exchange process in severe circumstances: If the product does NOT correspond with the details left by the customer. Due to most items being personalised we DO NOT offer a ‘refund process’ however we will send out replacements if your order is incorrect or damaged.
Cancellations
We only accept cancellation requests in extreme circumstances. There will also be a cancellation fee if your cancellation is accepted. We will also accept cancellation requests in the unlikely event that we have not met our turn around time period (stated in shop policies may be longer during busy periods).
Refunds
If your items are damaged or incorrect we will require photo proof within 7 days of receiving. If approved, you’ll be contacted and a replacement will be sent out to you. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS due to time consumption and personalised products.
Item did not arrive?
If you selected 'standard shipping' your order will NOT be tracked. If any items do not arrive to you there is a return address for the item to come back to me. When the item comes back to me we can discuss next steps. I will usually re send the item but require you to add postage. Or offer a partial refund based on time and cost of your product.
