SHIPPING POLICY

As most of our products are personalised the standard turn around time is usually between 7-10 working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays) this may be faster if ordering unpersonalised items. However turn around time may also be longer during busy periods such as Christmas. 

All orders outside of the UK will be sent digitally (via email)  

WHAT TO DO IF MY ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED

All products are posted 1st / 2nd class and should arrive within 1-3 working days. If in the unfortunate even your item does not arrive within 1 week of shipment please do contact us via email. I will ask you to confirm your address to see if any errors were made and if none we will wait for 1 week too pass as Royal Mail sometimes have delays. If you still haven’t received your item we can contact Royal Mail and take next steps.

However if there were any incorrect details from you, you will be held responsible but don’t panic! I will offer a discount for you to re order with correct details and we can get this sent out to you ASAP.

All parcels have a return address (our address) so if the item doesn’t make it to your address provided it will be returned to us and once we have received this we can contact you to confirm correct delivery address details. In more severe cases we can offer a partial refund. Please take into account we would have spent time and money on the resources to make your products, so for this reason we do not offer full refunds.

This is NOT A TRACKED service so selecting this at checkout means you agree to this. If your item does not arrive please contact me. However you will be required to re pay for postage.

I offer a tracked service now which means your order will be trackable, this is recommended to stop items going missing.
